#12 Road to ICSI - Less than a month!

Sedar tak sedar kan tinggal kurang dari sebulan je lagi for my ICSI.
Ikut kata Dr. T mmg September lah dia nak proceed.
Tapi tak tau la by that time my body is ready 100% or not for it.

In Shaa Allah.
Let's hope for the best.

My feelings?

Ntah.

Roller coaster of emotions.

Kejap rasa I'm fine. Kejap datang angin puting beliung.
Kejap nanges. Kejap gelak.

In terms of preparation, I ikut je apa ubat dan supplements yg Doktor suruh.
Then tried to control my food intake walau terkadang terbabas jgk.

Morning breakfast dgn Oat. 3 in 1.
Ada yg advise makan raw oat but I dah berjaya makan oat hari2 ni pon rasa dah bersyukur sgt.
Lunch tgk apa sempat. If masuk office, I ate soupy2 noodles.
Still better than nasi. Avoid as much oily food as possible.
Dinner pon either makan oat or avoiding nasi lagi.
Kat rumah, beras I beli yg organic Faiza for diabetes tu.
Paksa DH makan jgk. Tapi like once a week je kot makan nasi.

Then saya workout depan TV dgn stability balls.
30 minutes daily.
So berjaya lah turun around 1.7kgs in 10 days.
Syukur nikmat sgt dah tu.

Pastu ari tu I unfollowed semua IG retis2 dan online handbag seller.
Negative vibes to me sbb manjang stress je tgk handbag lawa2.

Bahaha.


And I changed my way of posting pictures dekat IG jgk.
Byk letak doa and positive quotes.
Biar lapang sikit hati baca.


Rohani wise, I amalkan zikir2 :
Ya Khaliq, Ya Bari', Ya Musawwir, Ya Razzaq, Ya Fatah, Ya Karim, Ya Allah.
100 times each.

Besides all the normal routine solat and solat sunat.
Setiap masa berdoa pada Allah supaya mudahkan perjalanan saya ini.

Itu je la kot for now.

Yippie!

Tinggal a few days more before I end my work here in Jekarda. (for this year at least!)

Can start my TTC treatment back dgn Dr. Adilah secepat yang mungkin.
Next cycle jugak nampak gayanya..

Which in a way, cycle lepas adalah gagal lagi.

Anyway, lately ni, I think for the past 3 or 4 cycle, everytime ovulate, I mesti demam.
Demam yg bukan setakat body heat je, ni siap batuk, flu skali pakej.
Is that normal?

Tp kalau dah demam macam tu how la to BD during Ovulation day?

Any suggestion?


On top of that, I am now happy with my weight loss program.
Those dekat IG and FB mmg dpt la tgk my pic posted here and there. Now and then.






I felt great now when everytime I met people, I get them saying, "Eh, qimie dah kurus sekarang!"

Rather then dulu, semua org igt I preggy sebab perut BESAR sgt.

Semoga I akan terus gigih turunkan lagi berat badan ni.
This is the biggest achievement through out the year of 2014.
1 of my effort also in order to get preggy.
Now pushing my DH pulak utk loose some of his weight.

Weight Loss - Challenging myself.



After a year trying super hard eating healthy food, I have shredded 15.4 kgs in total.
But, the picture above are the most impressive results I have received by far.

In 18 days, I've lost 4.2 kgs!!

This time with diet + super magic product that works for me purrrfectly!

Am sure a lot of you heard about L'arome Applestem Cell lately ayte?

Yeah, Iols terjebak beli sebotol sbb derang ckp takyah telan but sapu only.
I have enough consuming a lot of supplements daily and I have never trust those diet pills before.

And today, I can happily announced it!

Bye-bye Holiday.

Bulan August is my bulan berjalan.
Penat tp seronok.

From raya tu dah ke Tangkak - Masjid Tanah - Alor Gajah - Rembau.
Balik KL then ke Phuket for 6 days.
Balik dr Phuket, ke Teluk Intan lak sbb ada wedding cousin my hubby.

Week after that dah off to Koh Samui.
This week nak ke Raub and Temerloh lak.
Nak mengantor pengantin lak pastu my mom nak dropped by kat rumah adik dia.
Nak tgk cucu sedara baru dia.

Misi Phuket sah-sah dah gagal.
Tunggu la cycle ni lak which suppose to start tomorrow.

Or takyah menjengah langsung lagi elok lah! :p (pray hard!)

Diet plak has gone hay wire.
Post Koh Samui berat mencanak naik ke 75.9kgs!

Tarik rambut jap.

But in 4 days, I managed to shred off 1.3kgs!
Weeehoooo!!

Tah bila la nak capai berat badan ideal ni.
Byk lagi tu nak kena buang.

Anyway, meh I share sket2 pic kat Koh Samui ritu.











Iols ni kalau dpt dok dlm air, mmg layan abis lah.
Cer bagi tempat tinggi.. mampus!

I enjoyed Koh Samui but not as much as I enjoyed Phuket.

Next Koh Lipe lak.

Beach trip wishlist mmg bersepah.

Raya Update

Hahaha.
Dah nak abis raya baru iols terhegeh2 nak update blog.
Dah puas berjalan baru teringat yg iols ada blog TTC ni.

Anyway, baby Made in Phuket tak jadi ya.

But we both really have fun there.

Other than that, biasa lah soklan2 mencengkam rasa tu tetap bertemu jua.
Tapi dis time Iols just senyum.
Malas nak layan.

Tgh dok pk2 bila nak continue treatment balik.

Ni ujung bulan nak ke Koh Sa Mui lak.
September je la kot rasanya.

Dr Adilah cuti bila?

Maybe before start treatment, nak suruh DH g buat sperm test skali lagi after taking Proxeed Plus.
If ok, then continue treatment.

Another IUI perhaps.

Eh update mcm tak update kan?

Anyway, berat naikkkk mencanakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!
Diet, diet, diet or die! die! die!

Seblom raya berat 73.8kg.
Today, 75.5kg.

Hebattt!!
Stress!
Tarik rambut!
Nak nangis tau!
Ni dah start tak makan nasi balik.

100 days challenge - Say no to nasi.

Yes, I am challenging myself again to complete the task.
Hari ni day 31 sudah.
Setakat ni alhamdulillah.. managed to loose 2.6 kgs.

Gigih ni gigih!

Mana dengan mode super busy kat office ni.
EGMs la, AGMs la..

Sgt tidak sabar ni nak ke Phuket next week.

Anyhoe, bila dah start diet ni, mulalah hari2 pening nak makan apa kan.
Then mood memasak pon dtg la..

My diet senang je, just avoid nasi.
Yg lain I belasah.

My body need carbs too!
Kang takde energy mcmana?

So here is some of the food yg I cooked.
Secara tak langsung, DH pon kena diet jugak.

Chicken Shnitzel. 
DH requested 2 kali masak ni.


Mixed Salad. 
Just rebus semua sayur ni then campur thousand islands sket.


Sup sayur.
Sup campak2. 


Grill Lamb with steam brocolli.


Beef Lasagna. 
DH and adik2 ipar request. 



Gigih tak?
Semoga saya berjaya mengharungi cabaran ni.

Azab ok especially bila g kenduri kawin, shopping malls.. 
Tp so far ai berjaya menepis dugaan tu semua.


Target dpt turun 5 kg pon ok sesgt dah! 

I hope this initiative can help me in TTC as well.
